AdvantAge Initiative Podcast

As part of the "AdvantAge" social responsibility initiative, aimed at raising awareness about ageism in the business community and society at large, we have produced a podcast episode to share the findings and conclusions of our research. The study focused on understanding how employees and employers perceive the ageism and examined how the business community responds and adapts to this issue through relevant policies and procedures. Through this podcast, we aim to foster dialogue and promote a deeper understanding of ageism, fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace for all generations.

In this insightful podcast, we feature an enlightening conversation between two esteemed professionals: Dimitra Karakosta, Member of the Administrative Board of the Greek People Management Association (GPMA) and Vice President People & Culture at PeopleCert, engages in a discussion with Dimitra Spanou, Manager, People Services at KPMG in Greece, focusing on the comprehensive scope of the "AdvantAge" initiative.
